To carry out the recruitment process in India for our valuable clients, we would require the following documents :

For Saudi Arabia (In addition to above mentioned documents, following documents would also be required).

  1. An Authority letter (Wakala):
    An Authorization letter on the employer's letterhead, attested by the Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia and the KSA's Chamber of Commerce, authorizing our agency to carry out Client's recruitment drive in India. .
  2. Employment Agreement (In Arabic and English both):
    An Agreement, in English and Arabic, between employer and employee.

 

For UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq

 

  1. Demand Letter:
    On the company's letter head, signed and stamped, the client sends us the manpower requirement describing the category, salary, numbers, food, accommodation, insurance, air ticket, etc. including some terms and conditions.
  2. Power of Attorney:
    An authorization from the client for us to conduct the recruitment process in India on their behalf. This letter has to be on the letterhead of the client's company and attested by the Indian Embassy in their respective country.
  3. Employment Agreement:
    The employer/recruiter's terms and conditions, to be signed by the employee/candidate.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INDEX TRAVELS

  1. Detailed understanding of Client’s Recruitment needs
  2. Categorization of Job description, Search criterion and Deployment Period
  3. Candidate Generation from Our Database/Advertisement to source Potential Candidates.
  4. We prefer selection of applicant either by the employer or his authorized representative. Arrangement of their accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose are provided. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of candidates, we will be more than happy to conduct the process with the help of our team of experts.
  5. Negotiation and Offer letter
  6. Medical Checkup: After final selection we send the candidates for medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.
  7. Application for Visa Endorsement for selected candidatesin the respective Embassy as authorized by the employer.
  8. Ticketing and Emigration: After clearance of all necessary traveling formalities, we facilitate ticketing as per joining schedule. We obtain Emigration Clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates.
  9. Index Travels provides basic guide lines to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and first hand information of work environment there & salient features of labor laws of the country of employment.

DEPLOYMENT PERIOD

After taking into consideration the volume and category of manpower we will quote the time required for recruitment. The entire recruitment process for a batch of 250 candidates takes approximately 45 days.
